IntruderAI is an AI-powered image generation service that creates composite images of characters in user-uploaded room photos. The Service is intended for entertainment and creative purposes only.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the Service for lawful purposes only
  • Not upload images that violate third-party rights or privacy
  • Not use generated images for harassment, defamation, or illegal activities
  • Not upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
  • Be responsible for how you use and share generated images
  • Obtain consent before pranking others with generated images

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of images you upload. By uploading content, you grant IntruderAI a license to process and generate composite images. Generated images are provided for your personal use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of generated images complies with applicable laws.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscription plans are billed monthly. Credits roll over monthly and do not expire unless your subscription is cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Refunds are provided at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Use the Service to create deepfakes or misleading content intended to deceive
  • Violate any person's privacy or publicity rights
  • Upload images of minors without parental consent
  • Use the Service for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment systems
  • Reverse engineer or copy the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Generated images are created by AI and may not always meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

IntruderAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. You use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for how you use generated images.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in abusive behavior. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
